We have a DSL connection through Qwest on our very small Windows network, and
we run outlook 2003. One of our workstations suddenly stopped
sending/receiving email, although I have checked the Outlook email account
settings and everything looks normal and correct, every when I click on Test
account settings. When I click send/receive it appears to work, but nothing
goes out or comes in. New messages I create go into the outbox and just stay
there. I can go to mail2web.com using this workstation and login using the
email account for this workstation, and see emails out there waiting to be
read - they're just not getting into outlook on this workstation. I can also
access the web normally from this station. The operator at this station is
known for twinking around with settings and messing things up, but I can't
figure out what might have happened. Any ideas? Thanks.

Enable logging (Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options) and post the resulting
OPMLog.log file here.
