I'm not much of a computer person so here's my problem.
When we bought our new computer, Outlook Express was
already on it. We then bought "Office Professional
Edition 2003" which contains Outlook 2003. I want to
transfer all of my e-mails, folders and address book to
Outlook 2003 from Outlook Express, and then get rid of
Outlook Express so we are only using Outlook 2003. Can
anyone give some good detailed step by step instructions?

Thanks in advance!

After installing Office and configuring an Outlook mail profile, in Outlook
Express, click File>Export. The two choices you have will transfer your
Windows Address book and messages to Outlook.

You can't "get rid" of Outlook Express because Outlook depends on it being
there, even if you don't use it.
