I installed a trial version of Nortons Anti-Spam which I
believe put a red circle with a line through it on the
Junk mail folder. I have uninstalled Nortons, taking off
the entries in the Registry as well. However, this red
circle is still appearing on the Junk email folder, and
the program now does not seem to intercept junk email.
Please help.
