In all of my folders like Inbok, Junk, Sent all the emails are listed by
date. There are titles like "Today" "Yesterday" and "Last Week". How do I
remove those headers? I just want all emails listed in order by the date
they were received...no headers.

At the top of this column there are two headings "Oldest on Top" and
"Arrange By" click on the "Arrange By" and unselect "Show in Groups".
