I have 2 questions.

1. If I am click on reply or reply all and type a message and then send, it
does not send. It sits in outbox for days.

2. When receiving messages, I receive them in triplicate and I get an error
message (0x800CCC90).

Any assistance in fixing this problem would be appreciated. It has been
doing it for several weeks now. I have tried detect and repair.

Both these problems could have a common cause. Disable your firewall and
antivirus and test again. Enable diagnostic logging and see what's
happening between Outlook and your mail server.
