What happens when you try?

And how are you entering the addresses?

Well nothing kind off happens. No error messages, everything seems to
go right but the mail isn't delivered to any of the recipiants in the
bcc field. I fill the recipients in by writing in their e-mail adresses
separated by semi-colons ( ; ). I tried getting them from my address
book. I also tried having just one recipient in the bcc field (not
myself, different domain & mailserver) but nothing works. I should
mention it's the same thing when trying from Outlook Express 6. Could
it be a mailserver issue, a firewall setting or what?

Are you using the full SMTP address such as (e-mail address removed)?

It sounds like a server issue. Could you turn on diagnostic logging (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and post
the OPMLog.log file after sending a message with, say, one To: address and
several Bcc: addresses?

Hello Jeff, thanks for your answer.
I sent a mail with one receiver in the to-field and another one in the
Bcc-field. The Bcc mail didn't reach the recipient. The log (end of it)

Well, the log clearly shows that the server answered "Recipient ok" to each
recipient, and then accepted the message for delivery. At that point, the
server has accepted responsibility for delivery of the message: it is
supposed to either deliver the message to each recipient that it accepted
or generate a non-delivery report for any recipient to whom it can't
deliver. Outlook no longer has a role.

My guess is that there's some anti-spam software involved somewhere that is
just dropping the message. The first place to investigate is any anti-spam
software on the recipient's machine that may just delete any message that
doesn't have the recipient in the To: or Cc: lines (most spam is sent as
Bcc:). If that's not the problem, see if you can determine the anti-spam
policies of either the server you're sending to or the server that the
recipient is receiving from.
