Outlook 2003 with RPC Over HTTP - Password change

Hi,
Setup: Win2003 + Exch2003 + Outlook2003
I think the answer is no, but might be worth trying.
Is it possible for users, when they are connected through RPC over HTTP to
change their email account password? These users are not connected locally
to the exchange server. ie, only way to connect with outlook will be through
RPC over HTTP.

It is not possible to change your password over an RPC/HTTP connection at
this time. There's an article that states this as fact, but I can't find it
at the moment. In any event, I initiated a case with MS about it and that
was the result. Hopefully it'll be a feature included in a future service
pack for Exchange, or the next version.
