I have Office 2000 Professional installed on my laptop, but also have Outlook
2003 installed, which I am using rather than 2000 (many good featuers...).
I realise the the two aren't really designed to go together, but wondered if
there is a way to stop a problem I have which is every time I open Outlook
2003 the Office Professional install screen comes up and it trys to
re-install Office 2000. I just select Cancel and wait for it to stop, then
2003 works fine and so does Office 2000.
Thanks

what happens if you let it run?

Hey Pocket

One question, when you installed Outlook2003 did you mark "Remove all
previous version" for the Outlook section?

best regards
