I bought Office 2003 Professional when it first came out
and now need to be able to add more than one contact to
each company entry in my Outlook contact database. I have
been told that the standard Outlook 2003 doesn't do this
and that I need to use the version with "Business Contact
Manager". So I looked for this on my programme disks but
it isn't there. So I looked on the MS website and they
say it comes with Office 2003 Professional! Someone else
has told me I need to re-purchase the whole package again
to get this feature but that is going to cost me several
hundred pounds all over again - not funny! So is there an
upgrade path to BCM or a free download of it? I can't
find either of these... HELP!!!

If you purchased Office 2003 Professional when it first came out, your BCM
disk probably wasn't uincluded. You can email (e-mail address removed). Include
your name, address and phone number and a brief explanation of why you don't
have BCM (i.e. you purchased Office Pro right after it launched).

What exactly are you trying to do? A lot of people handle this in Outlook
out of the box by using the Contacts box on each contact to create links
between contacts.
