Outlook 2003: template or add-in to print weekly calendar

Hallo,

on my work they changed to outlook 2003 + exchange.

I'm now looking for a way to print a weekly calendar (mo-su) with rows
for each day, where for each appointment there is a block to show how
much time it will take (like the 5-day-work-week view).

Up to now I only did find "my outlook calendar.dot", which didn't work
(I get a run time error with the message that the attribute
"Categories" is not allowed) and which I guess doesn't do what I want
anyway.

Is there something better somewhere?

From more "personal" solutions. I used an old lotus programm for
calender.

It's all new, so it is Word 2003.

That's where I get "my outlook calendar.dot" from.

outcal seems to be only a monthly calendar. the other one is quite old
(for word 97) and what I understand from other remarks I found it
doesn't print the appointment "blocks". Do you know one of the
templates to correct this?

I must say that I wonder why there are only three quite old solutions
to adapt calendar printing. Is there no need or is it to difficult for
third part parties to offer templates?
