Outlook 2003 tasks

I have assigned tasks to several users worldwide. I have been receiving
progress updates from the users for over 6 months and all of a sudden I am
getting the following error message which I cannot pin-point to a particular
location, user or incident.

Error Message from received email in Mailbox "Can't open this item. The
tasks folder could not be found."

I have sat with 2 different local users and they are updating the tasks
correctly. One users tasks updates come through OK, the other users task
updates give me the above error.

Please help Trevor
 
Problem resolved.
I had created rules for the email responses from the assigned task owners to
direct their mail to personal folders. Therefore the task folder could not
be seen!!
