Outlook 2003 - Tasks

I need to develop a one page hand out for new employees to explain time
management with Outlook tasks.

Does anyone have pre-developed job aids, resources, or links they can post
here? Would also like other Outlook resources if you have them as well
(calendar, contacts, etc).

I'm picking up information now from the Outlook help, but hope maybe someone
else has already gone down this path.
