Outlook 2003 Splash Screen

Does anyone know how to turn off the splash screen when Outlook starts?
I don't want the "Microsft Outlook 2003" box to pop up every time I open
Outlook.
 
Not possible. Note that this splashscreen has been designed to not take up
more memory/cpu so even when you disable it it won't load Outlook faster.
