When using Word 2003 at my e-mail editor in Outlook 2003, I have set up one
signature that I would like to use for both "new" mail and on "replies and
forwarding". It's working just fine for new mail, but on replies and
forwarding I do not get my signature inserted. In addition, the AutoText
feature does not give me the full signature as an option of something that I
can insert.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

.
First part: Tools> Options and click on the Mail Format
tab. In the Signature section at the bottom of the dialog
box, make sure that your have your signature name in
"Signature for Replies & Forwards.

Second part: I don't understand what is not working.

Did you create AutoText entries for your signatures?

This is the method I prefer: Create multiple signatures the normal way
(Tools | Options | Mail Format) and make one the default. If you want to use
a different signature for the current message, right-click the signature
that Outlook inserted automatically. From the pop-up menu, select either the
name of the signature you want to use or E-mail Signature to create a new
one. This is also the technique you need to use if you want Outlook 2003 to
automatically change your signature when you switch accounts on an unsent
message.
