Outlook 2003 shrinking font size in replies and forwards

When I reply to or forward an email, the font of the original email text is
reduced significantly. Is there a setting to keep the font size of the
original test?

Are you using word? Is the zoom set at less than 100%?

Not using Word 2003. I'm not sure how to check the Zoom setting.

Hi BG,

This particular problem has been haunting me forever...I just finally
figured it out so I thought I would share!

Open up a new email message, place your curser in the body of the email.
Then from the "View" menu, there is a "Zoom" option. Make sure the "Zoom to:"
is set to 100%. Mine was for some reason set at 81%...not sure how, but
changing back to 100% seemed to resolve the issue. I hope it works for you
too.

Thanks,
