Outlook 2003 - Shortcuts to system folders

At work we have changed from Outlook 2000 to 2003. Having shortcuts on
the Outlook Bar to system folders was simple with 2000. Very simple to
save emails just by dragging and dropping.

How do I set up the same shortcuts in 2003? I am losing my mind trying
to sort it out .......

The ability to have file system shortcuts in the Outlook bar was removed for
OL 2003.
