Outlook 2003 SetUp Error

Everytime I open my outlook 2003 it stalls and a dialog box saying "Failed to
load resources from resource file. Please check your setup". What do I do to
correct this problem?

I recommend posting to an Outlook newsgroup. Look under
microsoft.public.outlook

Go to Control Panel/Add Remove programs, choose to uninstall it.

You will be given the option to repair it.

Take it.
