Outlook 2003 Second ID

I recently set up a second ID in Outlook 2003. When I first established it, the e-mail for both ID's would download to whichever email profile I opened first. If I open the mail on the AT&T web e-mail, the mail goes to the correct mailbox; however, when I open Outlook, the mail still goes to the first mailbox I open. If the mail for the second ID was opened on the web site, it is not downloading to Outlook.

When I checked the Send/Receive Settings the Send/Receive Group Name is All Accounts. The individual ID's are not listed. The User Name and Password are the same on both ID's. I created a new .pst for the second account and it still does work.

What do you mean when you use the term "ID"? I see you used the word
"profile" also -- does that mean you went into Control Panel | Mail and set
up separate profiles there? Or did you do something else? Please list the
exact steps you took to add the second ID/profile.
