Outlook 2003 rules: Can one specify "OR" vice "AND" conditions?

I'd like to set up a rule with multiple conditional criteria. Outlook 2003 seems to allow only "AND" criteria. For example:

If Sender contains "amazon.com" AND Subject contains "confirmation", then...

What I'd like to do is:

If Sender contains "amazon.com" OR Subject contains "confirmation", then...

so that either condition, if met, triggers the rule's action.

Am I missing something very simple? Help and Knowledge Base don't seem to have a solution.

You need two rules for that, with "stop processing more rules" clauses on
them.

Seems non-intuitive. You'd think they'd add a bit more power.
