Hi all:
Does anyone understand how to do the following:
I have several E-mails that come from a division of the company I work for
that I want to automatically move into a folder I've created specifically for
folks in that division.
The E-mail that comes from these folks always appears in the From column in
my Inbox as follows:
Firstname Lastname aaa nnn BBBB/CCCC
Example: John Doe Division 100 ABCD/EFGH
I have a rule created as follows:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
with 'EFGH' or 'ABCD/EFGH' in the sender's address
move it to the EFGH folder
When I run this rule none of the messages that match the example above are
ever placed into the EFGH folder or removed from the Inbox (I make sure that
the rule is run from the Inbox).
Any clues on how I can set this rule up to run correctly?
Thanks
-Mike
