Outlook 2003 Reuse Open IE Windows

Currently if I have Outlook and IE open and I click on a link in an email in
Outlook it opens a new IE window rather than reusing the already open IE
window. How do I configure Outlook to reuse any already open IE windows?

I would like to know the same thing! At work, somehow outlook 2003 does
that, but at home it keeps opening new windows. In fact, I like both
behaviors...I wish a click would re-use a window and ctrl-click would
open in a new window!
