Outlook 2003 recipients not receiving attachments sent

I am using Outlook 2003 and whenever I send out a group email to friends, a
few of them do not receive the attachment(s) I sent. This is sooooo
frustrating. I recently purchased a Dell Dimension 8400. I never had this
problem before, but then again I was using Outlook 2000. Also, I cannot
receive large emails for some reason. Probably the file size setting. I will
check that myself, but I can't figure out why some receive my attachments and
some do not when sending a group email??? Please Hellllllp! Any advice you
can offer would be greatly appreciated.

WHat mail client are they using and in what format are you sending the
message? If you send a Rich Text file, for example, no one using Outlook
Express will ever see the attachments because OE can't handle Outlook Rich
Text.
Also, I cannot receive large emails for some reason. Probably
the file size setting.

What happens when a large message comes in? This problem can be caused by
using an antivirus program to scan incoming mail.
