Outlook 2003 Read Receipt

I do not get "read receipts" from anyone. I only get this if I email myself. I have my tracking options setup to get read recipts for all messages I send

I also don't think my computer is sending out read recipts to people who email me

I had Outlook 2000 a couple of months ago and never had a problem

Thanks for your help.
 
Your ISP may have stopped transmitting read-receipts. Many do so to protect
their customers from spammers that request read-receipts in order to find
out if an email address is valid.
