My Outlook has (2) Personal Folders listed in the left
panel.. Both have the same sub folders with the same
information in them.

Under the "E-Mail Accounts" menu item.. in the "Deliver
new e-mail to the following location:" it also shows
(2) "Personal Folders".

I can't delete the duplicate folder. Can anyone help
identify what/how/and why?

Thanks
Grant

You've got a corrupt e-mail profile.

Create a new profile (do not copy it);
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles

To access your current pst-file in the new profile;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

To set it as the default delivery location;
Tools-> E-mail Accounts...-> button Next-> use the dropdownlist below

The orig profile is called "Outlook". No I did not delete
it.
I created a new profile called "Steve" What do I do then?
Down at the bottom at "Always use this Profile".. I
chose "Steve" Is this correct?

I then started Outlook and went to the File-> Open->
Outlook Data File... There were to Outlook.pst files..
one .pst and the other Outlook1.pst..

How do I import the "Outlook" profile into the new Steve
profile or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks
Grant
