I think I may have a corrupted profile. I know how to create a new
profile, but can someone point me to info on how to transfer all the
settings, rules etc from one profile to another?

thanks

If it is corrupted you shouldn't transfer settings or you'll transfer the
corruptions as well.

You can export/import your rules through Tools-> Rules And Alerts-> button
Options...
After doing this make sure you reassign the folders for any "Move to folder"
rules.

To access your current pst-file in the new profile;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

To set it as the default delivery location;
Tools-> E-mail Accounts...-> button Next-> use the dropdownlist below

Thanks for the answers - how do I get the Unread Mail Folder and the
Follow up folder in the Favorites Folder?

Found it thanks!
Unfortunately a corrupt profile does not seem to cure my problem. I'll
post a question separately on that one.
