I am having a problem trying to open another users mailbox even with the correct permissions. The permissions are set for editor access to the inbox but when you try to open it you are told 'unable to display folder'. Any ideas as to what we can try next - even our IT helpdesk seem stumped!

How do you open the Inbox? File-> Open-> ... or by adding the entire mailbox
to the folderlist by means of the Exchange Account properties?

Make sure the permission option "Folder Visible" is selected.

yes this is selected. I used to have access and it worked fine then one day not. It's all very strange and confusing a lot of people at the moment
