I recently installed Office/Outlook 2003 and somehow managed to muck up my
Outlook setup, which I would really appreciate help with.
I have the screen split verically into 3 parts
left is "Mail" showing folders etc, next is my inbox and on the right is my
viewing pane - all ok so far.
However in my left "Mail" section, under "All Mail Folders" I have 2
Personal Folders, which are identical in all respects - that is same sub
folders, same mail, and on investigating "Properties" for each, they are
exactly the same. ie both home pages are the same, and under advanced, both
are to the same file name.
Neither folder gives me the option of "Closing" (Greyed out)
As you would appreciate, having two identical folders is taking up a lot of
viewing space.
Can you help me in eliminating one of these.
Many thanks
