Outlook 2003- past text and URL from Word 2003

I have a regular need to paste text including URL into e-mail that I send
out.

I had problem with the URL being blocked due to security features in Outlook
2003. Now I get a message that says that says
" your current security setting prohibits running active X control on this
page. As a result, this page may not display properly"

what should I do.
 
does this always happen? It might be what you are trying to paste.
What Security settings do you have?
