I just upgrade my computer from Outlook XP to 2003 and
everytime I close the program it stays in my Process's
(Windows Task Manager). Does anyone know a solution to
fix this problem?

No I dont use a fax machine or pda. I looked at the fixes
you gave me - they are nice but still dont fix the problem
at hand they are more of a work around.

Thank you

Do you have any programs running that access Outlook data? A PDA, Winfax
etc?

http://www.sunflowerhead.com/software/knockout will let you see if it's
running and you can close it from the knockout tray icon - there is a
utility you can use to shut it down automatically
