Since migrating to Exchange 2003 and deploying Outlook 2003 to the desktops, I have had 2 users complain that when they send an email to a group, they do not get the read/delivery receipt. It works fine if you send to individuals. I have set permissions on the Group to allow delivery receipts and have set the option under Tools/User Tracking to receive a read receipt. I have tested this from an Admin account and it does not work unless you send to individuals. Has anyone else seen this problem with this new version? Thanks for the assistance.
