Outlook 2003 navigation pane font

I find the font too small to read - how can I change it? I've already got my
monitor set on 800x600 resolution and large fonts.

Thanks for your help!
 
Don't change your resolution on your computer to make fonts appear larger;
increase your dpi settings instead.
