Outlook 2003 -Messages left on server

All other versions of Outlook as far as I know, and OE have afacility
to clear messages off the server. I cannot find that in 2003.

Anyone advise please
 
Tools->Email accounts->View or Change->More Settings->Advanced Tab.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Rod asked:

Thank you. I am trying to help , at a distance, my colleague. She has
ried your suggested route but cannot get to the tabs you suggest. She
did tell me it was Outlook 2003 is there any suggestion as to why this
linkk cannot be found.

Those tabs are definitely available in Outlook 2003.
