I have been using Outlook for years without any of the problems I am encountering now with Outlook 2003. My computer: P4 2.6GHz, 512 MB RAM, WinXP Pro
Problem 1
Sporadically, I am unable to SEND email (receiving is okay) If this happens, Outlook answers with either one of these error messages
Task 'MSN Mailbox - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x80040126) 'The operation cannot be performed because the connection to the server is offline. (…which is not true, because ‘Receiving’ works just fine
Orâ€
Task 'MSN Mailbox - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x8007000E) 'Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again. (…which is nonsense – Outlook is the only app open
Problem 2
Outlook is sending mail from the Outbox without being prompted via ‘Send/Receiveâ€, even though my settings under Tools/Options/MailSetup/Send&Receive do not call for automatic mail processing
Problem 3
Unable to minimize Outlook, it closes instead. Happens all he time
