Outlook 2003 - linking with microsoft post office "wgpo"

When I upgraded from an earlier version of Outlook to Outlook 2003, I was able to connect to Microsoft post office which was set up in our office. When I reloaded OUtlook 2003 on my machine, I was no longer able to set up an email account to attach to Computer in our office LAN that has the Microsoft Post office.

Suggestions???
