Outlook 2003 keeps crashing

This is what the log says.
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.5510.0, stamp 3f1380f0,
faulting module outlib.dll, version 11.0.5608.0, stamp 3f335d24e, debug? 0,
fault address 0x006925c3.

I did an upgrade from Office XP to Outlook 2003 and Outlook keeps crashing
with the above error. Has anyone had this happen before.

I have done a detect and repair, created a new profile. Windows 2000, Office
XP, Outlook 2003

Try starting Outlook with the cleanviews switch. I've seen a corrupted view
cause the problem you're having.

From the command line type outlook.exe /cleanviews
