I may have inadvertently moved an email from someone I know into the Junk
Email folder. I don't even know where to look. Can someone please tell me
where to find it, and then, how to change OL 2003 back so it won't put
future emails from this person in the Junk Email folder? Thanks very much.

Thanks very much.

Look on the folder list for the folder called Junk Mail. When you find the
persons message, right click and mark it as not junk and add the person's
address to the safe list.

.
I am using OL 2002 (so i hope the following process is
the same in OL 2003???)

Click on the folder called Inbox to start with (makes my
life easier for the explanation.

Click on the word (top of screen) called Tools and then
from the drop down menu click on Organize. at the top of
that part of the screen where you see the Emails there
should now be a part titled "Ways to Organize Inbox".

on the left hand side of this part of the screen you
should have four (4) choices - Using Folders, Using
Colors, Using Views and finally Junk E-Mail.

Click on "Using Junk E-Mail".

Now to the right you can see a couple of bullet point
choices plus a sentece underneath. at the end of that
sentence it says For more options click here (so click
on "click here").

Now you have four (4) bullet point options - you want the
second one down and click on "Edit Junk Senders".

The rest should be obvious...

I hope this works in OL 2003.
