Outlook 2003 - Is there a way to reset to factory settings?

Is there a way to reset Outlook to first-installed state? I want to
start from scratch with moving my PST files to the new machine.

Thanks.
 
not too sure what you mean - do you mean that you want to delete all data
from the old machine?
