Outlook 2003 is slow moving from message to message

One of my users is experiencing slowness in Outlook 2003 SP1 moving from
message to message. I've noticed that it's only going to a message that has
any type of attachment. All of the messages are less than 100k. The majority
of the time, there is only one attachment and it is 75k or less.

Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting? I changed her from cached to
uncached to no avail. The connection to the server is very fast and solid.

How many items in the inbox (or the folder in question)?
 
269 total items in the mailbox. 31 in the Inbox. Total size of the mailbox
is 92mb.
