Everytime I start my outlook I receive the message that my pst file was not
closed properly. So it goes through all the checking process. It consume a
lot of resources and takes a long time.

Please advice, bow can I fix it. It never happend before until last month.

What happened last month that caused this to change? Did you install any
add-ins, active synch?
See if closing Outlook before you shut down the PC helps.

Last month Outlook was not starting becasue it state that the PST file was to
big, so I archive all the information into little files.

Then I also installed the Mobile Phone Tools to sync my Motorola Phone, but
even after uninstalling the Application I keep seen the same message
everytime.

Any suggestion.

See if that add-in is still listed and, if so, disable it.
Usually Outlook is held open by something. IS Active Sync installed?
You can try and run scapnst.exe on the PST to see if It is ok but I doubt
this is the problem. How big was your PST and was it Unicode?
