Outlook 2003 install file

I seem to have lost my Microsoft Office 2003 disc. Can anyone tell me where I
can get a copy of the install files for OUtlook 2003? I can't get in and it
tells me I need to reinstall for some reason.
 
What is the exact error message? Reinstalling is usually not the method that
works to restore Outlook to working condition.
