Outlook 2003 Inbox Folder Navigation Inefficiency

My inbox has folders with sub-folders. Each main folder corresponds to a
project with sub-folders as topics. I find it diffcult to navigate when I do
my filing. Does anybody know how I can colour each project folder or some
quick way to quickly jump to a project with the sub-folders expanded? And
yes... I must have this many folders. Much appreciated.
 
Coloring Outlook folders is not possible.
