I have an HTML signature that I am trying to use as a signature in Outlook
2003. The file appears as it should when opened in Internet Explorer. When I
try and use it as a signature - the pictures do not show up. I am using
Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed. Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks.

If the reference was wrong then it would not show up when I open it in
Internet Explorer either - am I not correct in this assumption.

Look at the htm-source to see how the picture is linked. You'll most likely
see that the reference is wrong. It's best that you use a relative path to
the picture file. Also see;

No, pictures embedded through absolute references will show in IE but not in
Outlook otherwise the recipient should also have the same picture on the
exact same location on his/her harddisk for it to show up.

The signature that I am trying to use is my company logo template and it
appears to point to pictures in an accompanying folder. The folder has
pictures and an xml file. I am not sure how to get it to point to the folder
with the pictures. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Read the article I gave you? You should have the pictures in your signatures
folder.
