Outlook 2003 HTML emails...

Why is it when I get emails in HTML format, they open, but take about 30-40
before showing the HTML content? I do have all the MSN feature OFF! Like
SMART TAG and such...

Images are linked back to a server. It will depend on your
Internet connection speed and size of the image files.
 
Well, I do have DSL and my speed it fast for everything else. I just find it
strange. Oh, well...
