outlook 2003:how do I enable offline folder synchronization automatically for a new folder

Hello,

Running Outlook 2003 connecting to Exchange 2000...

Whenever we create a new folder, we have to manually enable it for
offline Synchronization (under send/receive settings). Is there a way
for offline synchronization to be automatically enabled whenever we
create a folder (so that we don't have to go into the send/receive
settings each time)?
