Outlook 2003 how copy folders to cd

I want to copy my folders & email messages to another computer that has
Outlook 2003 Need to know how can copy folders from my Outlook to cd and
after copy into my other computer.-

Close Outlook completely. Copy the PST to the CD and burn it. Carry the CD
to the other machine and load it. Copy the PST to the HD being careful to
not overwrite any other PST of the same name. Remove the read-only
attribute. Start Outlook. Click File>Open>Outlook Data File and browse to
the copied PST. Select it and click OK. You'll now have access to that
PST. If you wish, make it your delivery location or simply copy the data it
contains to your current delivery location folders.
