In regards to Outlook 2003.
Everytime I start a new message, the default paragraphing format is
double spaced (12pt spacing). So everytime I press ENTER, it skips a
line
I can go into the format paragraph menu and change this to 0 point
spacing, but it seems that there is no way to my preferences as a
default. The help file was useless on this. Does anyone have any
insight on this? Thanks

We'll need to know whether you're using WordMail or the built-in Outlook
editor.

Wordmail.
Thanks

WordMail should be using your default Normal format from the Normal.dot
file, IIRC. Try changing the Normal style.
