Hello Russ,
I am using Outlook 2003 to send faxes over the internet (email to fax).
Within email I go to File--> Send To --> Recipient using Internet Fax
Service. There I must fill out the recipient information. When I get to
the
region/country drop down list it is blank...there are no countries to
select
from.
