When I go to the region/country drop down menu from within the fax console,
the field does not contain any countries to select from...it is blank. What
gives?

That is an operating system setting you would set in Control Panel > Phone
and modem settings

Hello Russ,

I am using Outlook 2003 to send faxes over the internet (email to fax).
Within email I go to File--> Send To --> Recipient using Internet Fax
Service. There I must fill out the recipient information. When I get to the
region/country drop down list it is blank...there are no countries to select
from.

That's odd.
Which service are you using?
I don't ever need that dropdown since that field is populated automatically
based on the international format of my fax numbers. Are your fax numbers
stored in international format?

I am entering the number manually.

Which of the Internet Services are you using?
Is your default dialing location set correctly for your operating system?
What happens if you send from Outlook?
