Hi

I use OL2003 with an exchange server (Small Business Server).
Each time I add folders to the 'Favorite Folders' section, they disappear
after quitting OL.

Does anybody know what I have to configure to save them?

I activated the 'Cached Exchange Mode' in the MS-Exchange Server
Settings.

TIA

go to C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
and delete the *.xml file and any *.FAV which might be present.

I encountered a similar problem as Patrick, whereby some of the folders in the Favorite Folders section disappear after quitting Outlook. As suggested by Diane, I had tried looking to C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook but did find any *.xml file or *.FAV file. Any other suggestion?

I'm using Outlook 2003 connected to an Exchange server (Enterprise).
