Outlook 2003 Error

I am getting the following error when I open Outlook 2003.

"Exchange is currently in recovery mode. You can either
connect to your Exchange server using the network, work
offline, or cancel this logon"

I get three Buttons to click on: 1.) Connect, 2.) Work
Offline, 3.) Cancel

I click on Connect and all seems to work fine, but I want
to get rid of this message that pops up when opening
Outlook 2003. Any ideas?

Speak with your Exchange administrator.
