I'm running Outlook 2003, and when it starts up - I get
the following error message:
"There was a problem reading one or more of your
reminders. Some reminders may not appear. Cannot locate
recurrence information for this appointment".
Can anyone explain how to solve this?
Thanks

Exchange or pst?

Start-> Run; "path to Outlook.exe" /cleanreminders
Start-> Run; "path to Outlook.exe" /cleanfreebusy

Tips of the month:
-What do the Outlook Icons Mean?
-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

pst

tried the two entries below - but didn't seem to do
anything

This is my path to Outlook:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE

This is what I typed in the run box:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11
\OUTLOOK.EXE/cleanreminders and

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11
\OUTLOOK.EXE/cleanfreebusy

The response was: Windows cannot find file...

You must use the quotes when specifying the path. Leave the command line
switch outside the quotes.
